Flea Control

There are over 1900 flea species in the world.  We are concerned with only one: Ctenocephalides felis, the cat flea.  This is the flea that we find on our pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, and other species) in 99.9% of cases and in order to understand how to control the damage caused by this tiny little animal, you should learn all you can about it.

Please call us and ask about our different type of flea treatments.

Follow these Step to Prepare for flea treatment:

1-Vacuum all floors, carpets and rugs.
2-Remove all items from floors, the bottom of closets and under the bed. Place items  on a bed or table.
3-Pick up all non-furniture items from the floor and place on a bed or table.
4-Vacuum under the bed and the floor of closets.
Mop all tile, linoleum and wood floors thoroughly.
Vacuum under all cushions of upholstered furniture, especially if pet(s) like to rest or sleep
on them.
5-Clean or replace all pet bedding.
6-Remove pet food and litter from floors.
7-Place a paper towel sheet in places pet(s) like to rest or sleep. This will alert the Eagle Eye Pest Control Service Professional to pay close attention to such areas.
8-Arrange to have your pet(s) treated by a veterinarian the same day as the flea service By Eagle Eye.
9-Aquariums should be covered by a heavy towel and the air pump disconnected.
10-Saltwater tanks need to be removed from the premises since the air pumps cannot  be disconnected.
11-All people and pets (including birds, reptiles, etc.) need to remain out of the space until the
treatment has dried and after ventilating the rooms (e.g. open windows).
12-Turn off air conditioners prior to leaving.
13-Depending on temperature, humidity, etc., the treatment may take several hours to dry.
We recommend that all people and pets stay out of the space for at least four hours.
